Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains the cancellation and refund approach for PeekGuide Premium.
Premium Plans
PeekGuide Premium may be offered as Monthly Premium for $2.99/month, Yearly Premium for $24.99/year, and a limited-time Lifetime Premium offer for $49.99 one time. The lifetime offer is limited to the first 500 people who claim it.
Automatic Renewal
Monthly Premium renews monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. Yearly Premium renews once per year unless canceled before the next yearly billing date. Lifetime Premium is a one-time payment and does not renew.
Cancel Anytime
Monthly and yearly Premium users can cancel renewal from the Account page. Canceling stops future renewals while keeping Premium active through the current paid billing period.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, Premium access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated during checkout or account management.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for normal monthly, yearly, or lifetime Premium purchases. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional cases.
Stripe Billing
Stripe handles payment processing, billing records, invoices, and subscription management. PeekGuide does not store full payment card information directly.
